Head of Accounting

We are helping a multinational cosmetic company seeking for an experienced Head of Accounting to join their finance team in Hong Kong. This position will be leading a team of 10 people and reporting to the Finance Director.

Office location: Kwun Tong District

Salary: HK$ 70,000 - 80,000 x 12 months + bonus

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Finance Director, Leading a team of 10 people
• Manage all aspects of the finance and accounting operations and related matters (such as AR, AP, GL, e-banking etc.)
• Manage month end closing and reporting process for multi-brands
• Responsible for internal control and managing the financial policies and procedures
• Liaise with external auditors and other ad hoc projects, such as system implementation or process improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder or equivalent in Accounting / Finance or any related discipline
• CPA qualified member (HKICPA, CPAA, ACCA) is a must
• With at least 8 years relevant experiences in financial accounting is preferred
• Retail industry experience in a MUST
• Sizable team management experience is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
