About the role:

• You’ll be asked to oversee a small team with the size of 3 - 4 staff and responsible for managing the external audits for a portfolio of properties. 
• You’ll need to take initiative to enhance implement audit process improvement for help improve accuracy and efficiency.
• You’ll need to ensure the audit reports are complied with accounting and statutory reporting requirements.
• You’ll need to set team priorities, and delegate work effectively to maximize productively to meet different deadlines.
• You’ll need to act as an effective and efficient bridge among your subordinates, other teammates, supervisors and external auditors.
• You’ll need to support other ad-hoc business assignments and projects as required

• You’ll need to have Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines or above.
• You’ll need to have qualified Accountant with HKICPA, ICAEW, ACCA, AICPA, CPA Australia or related professional qualification.
• You’ll need to have 3 - 5 years of relevant experience gained in accounting with proven leadership experience. Property accounting is a plus but not required.
• You’ll need to be fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• You’ll need to be adaptable to changes.
• You’ll need to be able to meet deadlines under pressure and work independently with an approachable manner.
• You’ll also need to be mature, self-motivated and independent, well planned and organized, detailed-oriented with strong analytical skills and able to work under pressure.
• You’ll be able to effectively communicate and interact with people at all levels.
• You’ll need to be well-versed in Analytical applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Team or others.
