• Handle full set of accounts, perform daily accounting tasks and journals for entities and intercompany transactions, month-end closing and balance sheet & banking reconciliation;
• Process payments and banking transactions;
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of statutory and management reporting, including monthly consolidation accounts and costing analysis;
• Prepare financial statements and perform financial analysis and budgetary control;
• Review financial information and performance analysis pertaining to business units ;
• Responsible for the daily financial related project management ,  analyze and evaluate the cost difference of project implementation, Assist the manager in project budget control and management;
• Assist the manager to deploy the Group's rules at local level for financial accounting;
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants on annual audits and tax issues;
• Responsible for cost control and analysis, provide financial advice and decision support to the manager;
• Other ad hoc duties as requried

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance; 
• Minimum 3 years related working experience.  Experience in budget or financial management is preferred;
• Proficient in tax law and various tax policies in Hong Kong; 
• Proficient in written English and Chinese and spoken Putonghua;
• Independent, responsible and detail minded. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to adhere to the work arrangement and assignments from the manager;
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines; 
• CPA or CMA is a plus.
