Responsibilities:

•          Handling general and full set accounting duties independently

•          Perform daily accounting tasks including expense claims and maintain petty cash account, prepare monthly sales reports, AR & AP statement, reconciliation of inter-company accounts, assist in month-end closing and maintain accounts schedules, data input into ERP system

•          Responsible for payment process of project, general expense, branch office

•          Preparing document for Month-End and Year-End Closings

•          Liaising with external auditors for Year-End audit

•          Preparation of management & analysis reports

•          Processing daily Accounts Payable transactions including recording and checking of invoices,

•          Preparing financial statements and reports including cash flow forecast

•          Providing administration support when needed

Requirements:

•          Form 5 or above with LCC Higher / Diploma in accountancy

•          Minimum 3-5 years working experience in handling full set of accounts (Preferred in trading firm),

•          With Experience to handle companies in China or oversea as an advantage

•          Good knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel

•          Good command of Spoken & written English and Mandarin
