• Perform daily accounting operations including AP/AR functions
• Prepare bank reconciliation and conduct payment process
• Prepare accounting vouchers and data input in the FLEX system
• Post the journal vouchers into the general ledger and keep proper filing
• Issue debit notes, reminders, official receipts, and others to tenants / customers
• Assist the Assistant Manager to maintain the charts of account 
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

• Associate Degree in Accounting with LCCI Higher/AAT or above.  
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded and hardworking
• Able to meet tight deadline
• Good team-player with a pleasant personality and positive attitude
• Attention to detail with excellent data-entry skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications particularly with Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
• Good knowledge of various accounting software, e.g. FLEX Accounting and FION, SUN, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP experience is preferable
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
