Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle the Group’s tax advisory and ad-hoc tax matters in HK and APAC. Work closely with regional teams and local tax advisors on the above.
- Manage BEPS compliance of the Group including the preparation of Master File & Country-by-Country Report (CbCR).
- Manage tax disputes or enquiries from tax authorities in various jurisdictions, monitor the process to reduce overall tax risks.
- Manage the preparation of internal tax reporting including tax budget, tax forecast, interim and year-end annual tax reporting for the Group.
- Identify and implement international tax planning initiatives for the Group covering income tax, turnover tax and transfer pricing policies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Taxation or business-related disciplines, with CPA qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of tax experience gained from CPA firm or tax function.
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills. Self-starter and good team player, ability to work under pressure.
