Job Description
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Accountancy
- 1-2 years relevant experience in general accounting support
- Previous experience in AP, AR functions and bank reconciliation
- Well-organized, energetic, responsible and attention to details
- Computer literate in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good command of English and fair in spoken Putonghua
- Fresh graduates in accounting will also be considered
- Immediate available is a great advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Provide general accounting support including payable and receivable
- Handle monthly bank reconciliation and issue debit & credit note
- Responsible for GL functions, bank transfer and preparing payment
- Maintain accounting data in system and assist in full set of accounts
