Job Description
In N Out Storage is looking for a diligent and driven Accountant to join our fun, professional and dedicated company based here in Hong Kong. In N Out Storage aims to bring in passionate individuals with strong entrepreneurial mindsets while managing a diverse workforce to ensure peak-efficient and cost effective day-to-day operations.

- Handle full set of accounts and prepare month-end closing
- Carry out routine accounting duties including invoice process, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cashflow management and accounts reconciliations
- Prepare the monthly financial analysis with explanations
- Preparation of tax computation and tax returns
- Review the expenses of the company
- Prepare the annual budget, quarterly forecast and cash flow forecast
- Responsible for timely management reports, cash flow forecast
- Liaise with external auditors and bankers
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
- 5 years relevant experience is preferred
- Familiar with Peachtree Accounting Software will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Office and good Excel skills
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, integrity with strict code of confidentiality, independent and attentive to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
