We are currently seeking a Project Administrator for our Hong Kong office. He/she acts an important role in all-round support to the project team, including project accounting and administration. 

1. Project accounting includes: project document preparations, project account receivable and account payable, invoicing, contracting, quotation, cost report, purchase order, etc.
2. Project administration includes: assist in expenses claim, meeting arrangement, meeting minutes preparation, liaise with vendors, etc..

1. Tertiary education or above.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar position (project financial and contract administration).
3. Experience in interior design or with accounting background will be advantage.
4. Proficiency in Word and Excel is a must.
5. Positive attitude and able to work effectively as a good team player.
6. Detail-minded, independent and good organized skills.
7. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese are essential.
8. Immediate available preferred.
