Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting operations such as AR and AP
• Ensure accounting records are properly recorded timely
• Prepare monthly management accounts, including account balances breakdown, reconciliations and analysis
• General accounting duties and support ad hoc assignments as required
• Inventory and costing experience would be advantage.
• Maintain ERP system and maintenance for masters.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Diploma or above in accounting or related discipline
• Min 5 relevant accounting experience
• Mature, well-organized and stable
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
• Good written and spoken in English and Mandarin
• Familiar accounting system in Oracle and Retail background are an advantage
