Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial and management reports to different stakeholders
• Assist to perform analytical review of management reports
• Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast consolidation and assist to perform analysis of budget information
• Work closely with different brands and business partners for finance and accounting matters
• Communicate with HQ to resolve system related matters
• Participate in ongoing process improvement in report development
• Involve in statutory audit process and liaise with auditors
• Perform ad hoc assignments

 
Requirements:

• Degree / Associate Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of finance and accounting experience in which 3 years in performing analysis in management reporting
• Proficient in MS Office applications include Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good analytical and sound communication skills
• Proactive, details-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines in dynamic business environment
• Able to work independently under pressure, as well as an effective team player
• Experience and familiar with SAP will be an asset
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
