• Oversee daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, GL, Treasury, etc.;
• Manage month-end closing, financial analysis, statutory reporting, forecasting, management reporting;
• Develop and implement accounting policies, and maintain effective internal control;
• Liaise with stakeholders, such as external auditor, bankers, etc. when necessary
• Analyze and reporting of financial performance on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis with recommendations on cost control and opportunities of streamlining.
• Monitor credit status and payment collection from customers.
• Preparing budgets and forecasts with financing suggestions on the new business projects.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Accounting or Finance related discipline with ACCA / CPA or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 8 years of accounting or finance experience with 3 years in management position, preferrable in F&B industry but not a must.
• Good accounting knowledge, strong financial and analytical skills
• Detailed oriented, hands-on, strong problem-solving skills, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MYOB and excel
• Good command in Chinese and English

We are a wholesale supplier of Japanese fresh & frozen food products in Hong Kong.  Our main items are Seafood / Meat / Fruits & Vegetables, and our customers are mainly hotels, restaurants serving Japanese, Western and Chinese cuisines, and supermarkets in Hong Kong.

We import our products direct from Japan via:
- air cargo on a daily basis according to Japan's market schedule (Toyosu market) for fresh and chilled goods to be delivered to our customers on the same day of its arrival- sea freight (container) for frozen and dried goods to be stocked and stored at our warehouse in Hong Kong to be distributed at a later date.
