Job Description

Accounts Clerk / Assistant

Job Description:

  • Support duties to accounting operation, including bookkeeping, prepare payment and invoice processing within the expected time periods
  • Prepare financial statements, including monthly income and expenditure statements, accounting schedules and bank reconciliation
  • Assist other ad-hoc duties and provide administrative support when required

 Requirement:

  • Post-secondary or above, candidate who attained Diploma/ Certificate in Accounting or related subjects or equivalent qualifications are welcomed
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
  • Attained LCCI middle level or above is preferred
  • Good PC skills including MS Excel and Word

 Senior Accounts Clerk / Assistant

Job Description:

  • Support duties to accounting operation, including bookkeeping, prepare payment and invoice processing within the expected time periods
  • Prepare financial statements, including monthly income and expenditure statements, accounting schedules and bank reconciliation
  • Assist in annual and project audit
  • Provide training and support to new join member
  • Assist other ad-hoc duties and provide administrative support when required

Requirement:

  • Attained Diploma/ Certificate in Accounting or related subjects or equivalent qualifications are welcomed
  • Minimum 5 year relevant working experience
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good PC skills including MS Excel and Word
