Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for supervising and monitoring day-to-day accounting activities of the Group.
• Monitor and ensure monthly, quarterly, interim and yearly accounts closings, and housekeeping of the Group's regional offices' books of accounts.
• Review and analyze monthly financial reports and weekly cash flow from regional offices.
• Be responsible for full packages of job costing and financial functions.
• Be accountable for timely and accurate submission of financial reports to the management.  
• Oversee internal control procedures and identify weaknesses for improvement.
• Co-ordinate effective ERP system implementation.
• Ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy with professional accounting qualification or equivalent.
• At least 8 years relevant experience, experience in costing is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hands on experience with ERP system is a must.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua).
• Travelling may be required on occasion.
