Our client:

Our client is a market leader in the industry. They are looking for a high caliber – Assistant Accountant to join their team in energetic team.

Your role:

• Maintain Accounts Payable function to take care of expenses, claims, payments, accrual, prepayment and reimbursement entries
• Prepare monthly aging reports and other AP analysis
• Respond to all vendor enquiries and liaise with banker
• Assist in preparing and submitting cashflow forecast
• Attach the corresponding purchase orders to incoming invoices with all supporting documentation

Requirements:

• Degree holding in Accountancy or equivalent
• With 2 year of working experience across multinational environment is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel, practical experience on Oracle would be an advantage
• Self-motivated, energetic, well-organised and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
