Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate with other team members to conduct financial, operational and compliance audits for the Group;
• Analyze business performance of different regional units;
• Identify business risks and areas for improvements;
• Report findings, make respective recommendations and take follow-up actions if necessary;
• Enforce internal policies and procedures to comply with standard; and
• Maintain a strong control environment in an effective and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting;
• Minimum 4-5 years audit and finance experience with sizeable company;
• Internal audit experience with listed companies is preferred;
• Well organized, independent and self-motivated;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong report writing competence;
• Proficient in in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua; and 
• PRC travel for audit assignments is required.
