Responsibilities

• Support daily fund operations, such as preparing fund reports and settlement issues
• Handle general fund administration such as fund subscriptions and redemptions
• Liaise and manage the relationship with fund administrators, fund prime brokers and other service providers
• Monitor fund's cash/loan positions
• Handle LP enquiries and prepare/ review investor reporting package as requested
• Prepare and review financial statements of SPVs and co-investment funds to ensure accounting and statutory compliance
• Coordinate the annual audit process of funds and SPVs
• Review GP account and capital call/ distribution submitted by fund administrators

Requirement

• • Bachelor degree with CPA qualification
  • 3-5 of solid working experience in audit / fund administration /commercial areas
  • Audit experience preferred but not a must
  • Excellent command of Chinese and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated, independent, organized, able to perform multi-tasks
