Our client is a Global leading insurance firm in the region. They are now looking for a Distribution Compensation / Strategy Manager to support their strong presence business in Hong Kong.

- Conduct industry research and review current marketing materials as appropriate to devise annual sales targets, sales incentives, promotions, marketing campaigns and projects in line with company strategies
- Consolidate business and financial variables with the aid of various tools to elucidate figures and review strategies
- Provide optimal solution with operation team to implement ideas to all distribution channels, including traditional agencies, brokers and banks
- Ensure all project objectives are achieved in good quality and within the agreed timeline
- Support team heads in evaluating present marketing strategies and reviewing various business initiatives from a prudent perspective
- Support product enhancement and development from a compensation perspective

- University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Actuarial or Economics
- At least 5 to 8+ years of working experience with, preferably in life insurance
- Proficient in MS Excel, digit calculation and strong analytic skills
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills to work with Division Heads
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
