Accounting Assistant

Company Information:

Our client is a fast-growing IT solutions provider in Hong Kong. We are helping them to look for an Accounting Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting operations, issue invoices, and process payment
• Handle full set of accounts and manage the bookkeeping of AR, AP & GL
• Assisting in month-end closing, and preparing bank reconciliations
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' working experience gained from commercial business
• With experience in handling full set of accounts would be a definite advantage
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good written & spoken English and Chinese
