Assistant Accountant (AP&AR)

Our client is a multinational beauty wholesaler. To capitalize on their expansion in Hong Kong, they are seeking a hands-on and articulate candidate to join their finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Mainly responsible for AR/AP transactions of the APAC region
• Communicate with third parties about vendors' payments and debt collection
• Assist in month-end process and bank reconciliation
• Perform ad hoc assignments when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of financial operation experience, preferably from the retail/ FMCG industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Smart, responsible, self-motivated, detail-minded, and able to work independently
