Job Responsibilities

•        Handle daily accounting and financial operations
•        Arrange payment / receivable / remittance
•        Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and reconcile inter-company transactions and/or balances
•        Perform month end report and breakdown schedules
•        Assist in preparation of monthly management reports and financial analysis
•        Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements

•        LCCI higher or above, with at least 2 years relevant experience
•        Proficiency in MS Excel
•        Experience in using accounting system an advantage
•        Positive attitude, independent, well-organized and self-motivated
•        Willing to work overtime when necessary  
•        Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
