Responsibilities: 

• Support the financial planning process, carry out financial review on a monthly and ad hoc basis
• Work closely with service unit during the budgeting and forecast process
• Review and develop financial and procurement procedure
• Monitor the financial and accounting operation of service unit
• Report on financial matters and conduct internal financial control
• Supervise subordinate to ensure the accuracy and quality of service operation
• Support ad hoc assignment

Requirement: 

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with recognised accounting qualification, registered of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public or equivalent
• At least 10 years of solid experience in management accounting and / or financial analysis in a medium to large sized organization
• Detailed minded and able to work independently
• Strong analytical, inter-personal and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with external partner
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer literacy in using MYOB, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
