Job Responsibilities

• Handle various accounting tasks:
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation for HK and offshore companies of the Group
  • Book keeping for inactive and offshore companies
  • Verify invoices for intercompany transactions and staff expense claims
  • Prepare cheques for payment of display fees to drug stores
  • Prepare documentations and make accruals for overseas advertising spend
  • Review documentations for accruals and settlement of trade marketing spend
• Prepare financial reports:
  • Weekly report on bank balances and cashflow forecast
  • Monthly report on FX rates, costing data and advertising spend
  • Quarterly report on fixed assets
• Collection and compilation of financial information/documents for regional project:
  • Extract information/documents from database
  • Convert physical documents to electronic files as needed
  • Proper filing of the above in google drives
• Perform other administrative tasks such as filing and records management

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Business or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years' working experience in handling accounting and financial reporting matters.
• Experience in FMCG companies is a plus.
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills. Good command in English and Chinese.
• Able to prioritize different tasks and work under pressure.

Work Location : Wong Chuk Hang, Aberdeen (close to MTR station)
