• Interface with a diverse group of finance and operations leaders across the organization in multiple locations to obtain accurate and timely financial information
• Responsible for the planning and execution of strategic business development at corporate level
• Reviewing and analyzing company financial results versus budget and forecasts and to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports.
• Maintain and improve the financial reporting model to generate monthly reports supporting financial decisions of the cross-functional groups in Asia
• Coordinate & liaise with each Geography for month end closing and forecast to ensure accuracy on financial data.
• Maintain and improve the financial reporting model to generate monthly reports supporting financial decisions of the cross-functional groups in Asia
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support project planning and development decisions
• Liaise with budget holders to analyze costs and capital expenditure.

• A degree in accounting or business, and a recognized accounting qualification
• A minimum of 5-8 years' solid experience in management accounting or financial analysis in a medium to large sized organization
• Excellent analytical and financial analysis skills
• Knowledge of Cognos, HFM & Oracle are preferred but not required
• Self-directed and team player, with strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer literacy in using Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Word
