Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting operations, including accounting entries, invoicing, prepare voucher, payment, filing and receipt functions
• Handle full set of accounts
• Review accounting processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations
• Work closely with other departments on the issues related to accounting/operations and provide support if necessary
• Assist in streamlining the accounting process and workflow to improve efficiency
• Handle month-end closing and prepare month-end reconciliations and schedules in timely manner
• Liaise with external auditors for the annual audit
• Handling any ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in accounting or related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of solid experience in full set accounting
• Responsible, hard-working and good working attitude
• Good problem solving and presentation skill
• Good knowledge of MS Excel application and familiar with account system is an Advantage
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin is a must, proficient in English
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Officer
