Job Description
Job Duties:
- Support fund transfer arrangement
- Management bank and payment reconciliation
- Handle internal customer's enquiries
- Responsible for complaint hotline
- Assist in preparing regular report and analysis
- Handle other ad-hoc project as required
- DSE or above
- At least 2 years' related experience
- Responsible and proactive person
- Good team player
- Basic computer knowledge including Chinese typing
- Knowledge on e-banking system
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
