Job Description

My client is a MNC luxury retail brand that headquartered in Germany. They sell their products through wholesale accounts, franchises and directly operated stores . They are expanding their accounting team in Hong Kong and looking to hire an Assistant Accountant, who will help to oversee their accounting activities in both domestic and regional market. Mainly focus on AP, AR and assist in month-end closing. Candidates with relevant working experiences are welcome to apply for the role.

- Responsible for daily accounting functions, including AP and AR operation process
- Assist in month-end closing
- Prepare monthly financial statements, schedules, and any related reports
- Prepare invoices and receipts
- Responsible for checking and verifying invoices
- Handle payment processing across internal departments
- Maintain proper accounting records
- Perform ad-hoc tasks when assigned
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in retail industry or any related experiences
- Good command of spoken and written in English & Chinese
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Detail-minded, sensitive to numbers, and hard-working candidate
- Responsible, good time-management, and proactive
