Job Description
A fast growing Telecom/Tech related company is seeking a high calibre CFO to join their fast growing team.
Job Scope
Manage Finance team to perform all aspects of finance and accounting functions in the group, including internal and financial control, tax, audit, treasury, financial and management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Monitor capital expenditures, revenues, cost management and cash flow of the Group and our subsidiaries
Perform regular forecast and analysis to monitor business performance vs budget
Prepare analytical review base on financial data and provide strategic solution to top management to improve overall business performance
Facilitate preparation of annual operating plan (budget)
Act as business partner to all business units and proactively offer advice to Business Leaders and Management Committees
Be an organisational culture leader and exemplify motivational leadership to lead all employees to maximum performance and dedication.
Requirement
Degree holder, minimum 15 years of related experience ideally within listed company background
Qualified Accountant of CPA / ACCA or equivalent
Highly experienced in Financial Control and FP&A
Proven track record in leading and coaching team to deliver high quality results
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with and build relationships with key stakeholders and different cultures
High level of analytical capability and business acumen. Be able to provide insights and recommendations to business through analysis
