Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor all accounts payable status
- Collect invoices from vendors and work with PRC Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate and efficient settlement of invoices
- Propose payment priority to senior manager/senior accountant and make timely & accurate payments to vendors
- Prepare accounting entries for accounts payable transactions
- Assist in month-end closing
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements, issue debit notes and handle related accounting adjustments
- Facilitate in improving the accounts payable
- Undertake ad hoc assignments from seniors
- Responsible for work assignments to part-time accounting staff
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting or relevant disciplines
- 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Practical knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; strong in MS Excel would be an advantage
- Good command in spoken and written English; conversational in Putonghua is preferred
- Willing to learn with positive and cooperative attitude
- Good team player with capability making independent judgment
- Immediate available is highly preferred
