About the role
The Assistant Accountant’s primary role is to support the HK Finance Manager, plus the business support and leadership groups of our Hong Kong studio to help run the day-today finances of the studio and assisting with the financial processes that contribute to the successful financial management of our project accounting.
Whilst the primary role is based around the HK studio, the role will also provide assistance to the Singapore studio and the Singapore studio accountant on a select number of duties.

About the role

The role includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Perform general and daily accounting functions including but not limited to data entries, vouchers, petty cash, accounts receivables and payables;
- Assist with project set up in Microsoft Dynamic AX;
- Process and review employee expense claims in our expense management system Fraedom;
- Prepare bank reconciliation and analysis reports;
- Assist finance manager in preparation of month end reconciliation schedules;
- Assist in annual statutory audit;
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records;
- Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the superior
- Higher Diploma in Accounting/ HKICPA/ ACCA/ HKIAAT student member/ or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic AX System is an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the same role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and result-oriented
- Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, Chinese and English Word Processing etc.
