Responsibilities include:

• Perform daily accounting duties, including data entries and preparation of vouchers for receipt, payment and general journals transactions
• Liaise with audit team, clients & IRD
• Prepare annual statutory filing (including renewal, tax filing and others)
• Involve in marketing campaign regarding accounting service crossover with other brands and partners.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Handle other adhoc tasks and administrative work as required

Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

Requirements

• As a minimum you will have a Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines and Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• 2 years or above of work experience in accounting is preferred.
• Knowledge of modern accounting software is essential. Knowledge in XERO is distinct advantage
• Familiarity with finance regulations
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• A final pre-requisite is that you be based in Hong Kong with valid working visa
