Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle ledger of receivables and liaise with customers and other departments for debts collection
- Handle ledger of payables and process payments (including TT and cheque) to suppliers
- Assist in performing bank transfer and other similar banking activities as well as updating cashbook
- Prepare related reports and assist in fulfilling other ad-hoc duties as required
Job requirements:
- Diploma or above, with LCCI Lower Level or above is preferred
- Familiar with MS Office applications
- Knowledge on Flex Accounting / SAP / Quicken is an advantage
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Immediate available is an advantage
