Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative support to all departments
• Perform all-rounded day to day office administrative functions
• Manage shops operations, including shop licenses, insurance,claims etc.
• Accounting Data input, prepare maintain accounting documents records
• Perform filing, record keeping
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• F.7 or Diploma in Business or equivalent
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skill
• Team player with independent, detail-oriented and positive working attitude
• Experienced F&B industry is an advantage
• Experienced in Accounting System is an advantage
• More than 1 year experience in handling all round office administration functions in a sizable company is preferred
