Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Accounts payable, data input, issue cheques, and bank reconciliation
- Data entry work and filing
- Handle accounts payable analysis report
- Perform daily routine accounting duties including receipts, payments and expenses booking
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

- 1-2 years’ relevant working experience
- LCCI level 1 or above
- Good communication skills, independent and proactive
- Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight deadline with high accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Chinese Word processing.
- Well organised, independent and detail- minded
- Experience in handling account payable is an advantage
- Immediate available is preferred
