Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Be part of the group finance team to work closely with retail operations in driving monthly analysis, prognosis, and actions for the brand within areas such as store development, stock control, retail operation, training, pricing, and market strategy execution.
- Perform regular and ad-hoc analysis to analyze market needs, rent, discounts range, and operating expenses to measure both business and operation performance and identify business opportunities, drive process improvement, manage risk, secure long-term expansion, develop cost efficiencies initiatives, and sustainable operation plan
- Perform financial modeling and comparative analyses to support strategic business plan
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance, Business or another related discipline
- At least 2 years of Business Analyst or FP&A experience gained from the retail or FMCG industry
- Strong business acumen, able to provide a different perspective
- Analytical with strong financial modeling skills
- Good communication skills with a positive and outgoing personality
