Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial and management reporting package
- Manage AR and collection by working with customers, vendors, corporate, regions and other user departments
- Monitor AR to ensure timely clearance of over 30 days outstanding
- Look after the overall delivery (i.e. accuracy and quality) of the overall AR and collection functions, perform final review and approval of overall end to end process
- Ensure adequate and correct schedules/ information provided to auditors and clarify auditors' queries to ensure smooth year end audit
- Assis in timely and accurate annual budget & quarterly forecast
- Bachelor degree Accounting, Business Administration or other related discipline
- At least 8 years accounting experience in AR/ Collection
- Qualified HKICPA/ CPAA/ ACCA is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Mandarin are preferred
