Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting duties and operation
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable (including sales billing, credit control, debts collection and supplier payment etc.)
• Work with external Accountants to prepare monthly management account, year-end audit schedule
• Perform basic clerical duties (e.g. data entry, filing, drafting of emails)
• Outdoor work required

Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above with LCC&I Intermediate Certificate
• Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with SAP or accounting software
• Fresh Graduate is also consider as Accounts Clerk
• Immediate available is preferred
