Responsibilities:

• Prepare voucher, handle payment, manage cheque & petty cash
• Follow up account receivable and payable
• Inventory checking
• Handle full set of account in simple entities
• Assist in month-end closing, monthly schedules, and year-end audit
• Assist in projects or relevant duties when assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• 1-2 years relevant experience, recent graduates will also be considered
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is preferred
• Good command of English & Mandarin
• Experience in manufacturing and knowledge about China is a plus
