A top tier UK sales office - to manage the full spectrum of finance for the global business & local sales BU

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to manage the full set of accounting and financial analysis tasks for global business and local sales units/ offices
• Business partnering with both internal and external parties for strategic business planning and regular FP&A to improve business performance
• Prepare high quality of local statutory report, finance arrangement, GL and other related duties
• Advise and support to the financial team in annual budgeting cycle and lead the day-to-day management of the business unit's financial functioning.
• Strengthen the internal control process
• Coordinate the preparation of year-end financial statements
• Coach, mentor and develop direct reports to ensure the team performance
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / relevant discipline
• Qualified Accountant with HKICPA / ACA or similar qualification
• Experience of undertaking a SAP or equivalent ERP system migration
• At least 10 years relevant experience including at least 3-5 years experience in the finance team of a listed company or sizable MNCs
• Familiar with IFRS and listing rules
