Job Description
This is a key role in the Finance function. Responsible for delivering commercial insights & KPI’s to drive business performance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and Cash Flow analysis
- Lead and manage the annual budgeting process
- Lead a continuous improvement program for Trade Working Capital.
- Work closely with the business to provide timely financial/ business insights to drive business performance.
- Help to drive process improvement and transformation across the reporting dashboard
- Support KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) tracking (Daily & Monthly Dashboard).
- Assist with the refresh of the Strategy as required
- Other Ad hoc projects and tasks assigned time to time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, finance or related discipline
- 2-5 years or above work experience in financial analysis gained from FMCG industries
- Strong analytical skills with Finance mind set with strong initiative
- Proactive, excellent analytical skill
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and good problem-solving skill.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to compile presentations.
- Strong in Microsoft Excel and SAP is a must
- Ability to work with Senior Management
