Accountabilities – Key Result Areas

• Coordinate daily operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and treasury functions & month-end closing
• Production of monthly review packages including variance & profitability analysis
• In charge of stock take preparation and arrangement with shops and respective departments. To ensure system inventory aligns with physical inventory by ensuring all policies and procedures are followed properly
• Assist seniors to build forecasting and budgeting models and other routine reports
• Involve in internal control and compliance
• Perform various management reports and ad hoc assignments

• Bachelor Degree or above of Accounting / Business / Finance, preferably with a qualified member of one of the major accounting bodies
• At least 5 years of working experience in similar capacity
• Strong technical knowledge in accounting & high level of accuracy
• Able to adapt to business change and work in dynamic business environment
• Able to produce quality materials within tight timeframes
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in ERP software, having SAP system will have an added advantage.
