Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling process for Fixed Assets purchase, starting from Proposal to Review
- Preparing A/P invoice posting, verification for e-Purchase Request (ePR), period end closing, capital expenditure for Fixed Assets
- Preparing & monitoring work in progress report
- Taking part in quarterly forecast and annual budget preparation
- Ensuring compliance & internal control in Finance, reviewing and updating the policy/procedures, facilitating process improvement
- Conducting various financial analysis not limited to sales and margin analysis report
- Taking up ad hoc projects & assignments
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-4 years related experience
- Well-versed with MS office
- Knowledge in UiPath and VBA programming is an advantage
- Good analytical and report writing skills
- Self-driven with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Work independently and able to meet tight deadlines
