We are a leading manufacturing company carrying TOYS manufacturing. We are now seeking high caliber individuals to join our finance team.


Responsibilities:

• Handle and supervise all accounting functions for group entities which operate in business activities including but not limited to treasury, taxation, account receivables and revenue as well as review of sub-consolidation and performance of financial analysis.
• Provide assistances for new business initiatives, from a tax and accounting perspective.
• Supervise management reporting and financial reporting, including direct supervision of other team members.
• Prepare budgets, cash-flow projections and other management reports to facilitate costs control and funding arrangement.
• Regular liaison with various external third parties including accountants, auditors, lawyers, administrators, bankers from various jurisdictions.
• Assist in bank financing including negotiations with banks and documentation requirements.
• Ensure accounting policies and internal control procedures are properly implemented.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy and membership of a major accounting body.
• 5+ years working experience in thelarge enterpriseauditing/accounting field. 
• Audit experience is a plus.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Able to handle full set of consolidated accounts and prepare IFRS financial statements.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Able to research technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Accounting and finance experience in manufacturing is an advantage.
