Our client is a leading company in logistics business and hiring a Corporate Finance Manager, mainly responsible for the M&A and investment projects.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Performing due diligence work for investment and M&A projects
• Preparing financial modelling, valuation and analysis for the investment proposals
• Handling the management reporting on the projects recommendations and in-depth analysis
• Communicating with different business units and ensure all the reports are compliant
• Assisting in ad hoc assignments

Profile

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy or other finance related discipline
• CPA qualification
• minimum 8 years of M&A experiences in sizeable companies, including consultancy firm and banks
• Big 4 experiences are highly preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Independent, self-motivated and proactive
• Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel)
