• Communicate with Operation Team for the logistic operation and collection of the cargo documents such as bill of lading.
• Handle account receivable and payable for physical product trading, including invoicing, price calculation and confirmation with counterparties.
• Handle the payment of operation costs, including freight, inspection, port costs and commission.
• Initialize the payment approval process in the designated system after acquiring the payment confirmation from the counterparties.
• Assure the on-time collection of the account receivables and follow up closely with the overdue amounts.
• Assist Accounts by maintaining accurate trade information for month-end closing.
• Assist Treasury by providing the most updated payment and collection information for Treasury’s funding arrangement.

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance / Business Management or similar academic discipline
• 2 years’ experience of relevant settlement work, experience with PRC-based companies will be highly regarded. 
• Good self-discipline and willing to work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Good team player with strong analytical and interpersonal skill.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese, both spoken and written.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office is a MUST. 
• Immediately available or short notice will be an advantage
• Fresh graduated with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Officer.
