About you
To support RGP's continuous growth, we have immediate openings in our Hong Kong practice for Payroll Accountants who are passionate in business consulting, innovative, result-driven, and people-oriented.

Your key responsibilities
- Closely work with the payroll service providers and carry out payroll review, management and reporting for the APAC offices
- Monitor and manage the payroll/payment records to ensure they are accurately saved in the related system
- Handle annual salary tax and related statutory filing as well as MPF contributions
- Support the month-end closing specific to payroll and related benefits, including journal entries posting and account reconciliations
- Prepare analysis reports for management review
- Responsible for payroll related inquiries and audit matters
You know that you can do the job if you have…
- Bachelor in Accountancy, Finance or relevant disciplines, with professional qualification, such as CPA and ACCA, is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing APAC offices' payroll calculation, review and MPF contributions, salary tax computation and filing and related month-end closing etc., preferably in a sizable organization
- Advanced computer skills in MS Excel and Word, and accounting software, e.g. Lawson, is highly preferred
- High energy, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment with a customer focused attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese
- Detail-minded, analytical and organized
- Mature, able to work under minimal supervision
- Immediately available is highly preferred
