Job Responsibilities & Duties: ·

•          Assist to perform company valuations for SME private firms 
•          Conduct market & financial analysis
•          Assist to perform business valuation for financial reporting
•          Perform valuation methods, including income/market/asset approaches
•          Perform financial forecasting & calculations discount rates
•          Preparing valuation reports and financial statements
•          Handling filing and documentation
•          Handling ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

•          Degree in Finance/Accounting / Management / Business Administration
•          1 year solid accounting/valuation/finance experience (preferred) · (Fresh Graduates also welcome to apply)
•          Analytical and highly number sensitive, with great attention to detail
•          Good command of written and spoken English
•          Good report writing and research skills
•          Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
•          Independent, self-motivated, responsible and diligent
•          Willingness to research valuation theory & methodologies,
•          Able to work independently and meet deadlines
•          Excellent skills in Excel & Word
