• Handle accounting duties (including bookkeeping, prepare schedules and accounting ledgers, etc.) for various projects
• Facilitate payments and ensure compliance to company policies & procedures (including checking supporting documents, preparing cheque/e-transfer)
• Oversee the credit control of various functional units as assigned
• Handle daily AP data input and filing
• Assist in preparation, analysis and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
• Assist in developing financial and accounting policies and procedures
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management 

• Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
• Student member of HKICPA / ACCA preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience
• Self-motivated, energetic and well-organized with an analytical mind
• Able to work independently and under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Dynamic 365 is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
