Responsibilities

• Provide strong support to CFO, focusing on management reporting for different operating units.
• Lead the cash resources planning and fund raising activities of the Group.
• Supervise daily treasury activities including cash flow and liquidity management, settlement and payment control, bank account operations and maintenance.
• Review merger and acquisition and routine operating activities for Taiwan business units, and present recommendations to Management.
• Formulate tax planning.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.

 Requirements

• Degree or above in Accounting/ Finance or recognized relevant qualification.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in listed companies, ideally from the internet or media-related industries.
• Solid financial management experience, preferably with prior experience in supporting the Corporate management levels with new regional/ global initiatives, including M&A support.
• Analytical, detail-minded with good business sense.
• Devoted with good leadership and people management skills.
• Familiar with PRC finance and tax regulations and practices is essential.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
