Job duties

• To handle and maintain full set of accounts with daily operational accounting and administration duties
• Undertake the full range of payroll accounting-related responsibilities
• Prepare monthly management accounts, including account balances breakdown, reconciliations and analysis
• Prepare Audit and Tax documents
• Other general Administration & HR duties

Job requirements

• LCC Higher / Diploma / Degree in Account
• Minimum 5-year solid experience in handling full set of accounts
• Working experience in Retail or Trading company is an advantage
• Responsible, self-motivated and team player
• With stable working history
• Proficient in PC applications, including Chinese word processing and MS Office applications
• Good written and spoken in English and Chinese
