Job Description
Job duties
- To handle and maintain full set of accounts with daily operational accounting and administration duties
- Undertake the full range of payroll accounting-related responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including account balances breakdown, reconciliations and analysis
- Prepare Audit and Tax documents
- Other general Administration & HR duties
Job requirements
- LCC Higher / Diploma / Degree in Account
- Minimum 5-year solid experience in handling full set of accounts
- Working experience in Retail or Trading company is an advantage
- Responsible, self-motivated and team player
- With stable working history
- Proficient in PC applications, including Chinese word processing and MS Office applications
- Good written and spoken in English and Chinese
